• The Wired Coffee House is seeking immediate Full and Part-Time baristas and cooks with exceptional hospitality, ready to execute high quality beverages, and who have an extensive knowledge of coffee or are willing to learn

Great attitude and organizational skills
- Barista experience preferred
- Provide product knowledge to retail staff and customers
- Great attention to detail, customer service oriented
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- LATTE ART skills are preferred
- Flexible schedule
- Available to work on weekends
- Very reliable and always on time to all shifts (opening/closing shifts)
- Food Handler Certification recommended but not required

Must have open availability and able for immediate hire.

• Performs opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the setup and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of the coffee bar
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment
• Wash glassware after each use
• Collect payment and operate a cash register
• Understanding of all menu items
• Clean up after guest and clean work area
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies

• Frequently take aesthetically pleasing pictures on shop phone of the shop, seating, food and drinks

• Resolve guest complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Responds to guests’ requests in an accurate and timely manner, creating a positive outcome that will result in a memorable experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Is friendly, engaging, gracious, can focus and connect with all guests at all levels and employees and exceed their expectations
• Has an upbeat, energetic, authentic and professional attitude at all times
• Arrive on time with a clean uniform and nicely groomed
• Participate in teamwork and assist other departments when needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manag

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
